These terms and conditions govern your use of our website; by using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

Placing an order with us:

Payment can be made by Paypal, credit / debit card online or by credit / debit card over the phone (between 9am - 5pm, Monday - Saturday)

When you place an order with us, the system will record and store your name, delivery address, and email. Access to this information to limited to Camarillo and we do not knowingly share any of this information. The system does not store any credit card details.

By agreeing to us keeping your email address, you consent to us using the following information as follows:-

To inform you of special offers and competitions.

To inform you of upcoming events in which Camarillo will participate.

Terms of Sale: Payments: All prices are quoted in British Sterling.

Postage is charged in addition to the price listed for the goods, unless otherwise stated.

International payments by credit card from outside the UK will be invoiced in British Sterling, and calculated at the applicable rate when the order is placed.

On International deliveries, import duties and taxes may be levied once the package reaches the specified destination. ‘Camarillo’ is not liable for Customs clearance charges. Please check with your local customs office for information on Customs policies.

Orders paid by Paypal may be deducted from your Paypal account immediately. This does not guarantee that we accept your order, and we reserve the right to decline your order if it does not adhere to our Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to change any advertised price. This would generally be due to fluctuating gold and silver prices.

Delivery: Delivery dates are a guideline only. We endeavour to fulfil customer delivery requests, however we cannot be held responsible for late delivery. All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods are not available.

Cancellation: You are entitled to cancel your order prior to dispatch. Please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. Bespoke orders cannot be cancelled.

If your order has already been dispatched, please follow our returns policy, as shown in our Customer services section.

Returns/ exchange: We want you to be entirely satisfied with your order. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your goods and would like to return them, please follow our Returns Procedure.

Please email us at ??? within 7 working days from the date you received your delivery.

We are happy to exchange a product if required. Please note that earrings are excluded from the exchange / refund policy due to hygiene reasons. We are unable to refund any earrings purchased at Camarillo.

We do not refund bespoke orders or jewellery that has been altered as per a customer request. Furthermore, Sale items are not refundable.

Refunds: We will credit the original credit card for the sum paid, minus postage costs. We endeavour to process returns as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 28 days.

All items must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition with original garment tags still attached, and packaged in the original packaging, including the gift box if applicable. We cannot refund or exchange goods that have been used, damaged, and/or have tags removed. In this instance, the product will be returned to the customer.

Camarillo will only reimburse postage costs on returns if the order is faulty, damaged or goods incorrectly supplied.

When returning goods, please obtain proof of postage or send via Recorded Delivery as claims for lost (or damaged) returns will not be accepted.

Returning faulty goods.

In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact us on 07766 561154 or email ??? for a replacement or refund.

We offer a manufacturer guarantee on all products for 6 months. Faulty items returned to us within this period will be assessed. We are unable to refund items considered faulty as a direct sign of accidental damage or general wear and tear. For such an item, we offer a repair service. There will be a small charge for this service.

Please do not accept delivery of an open or damaged package. If the package you receive is damaged or open, please do not accept the delivery. Please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement delivery.

Registering an account with Camarillo: If you register an account with us on our site, you guarantee that:

You are over 18 years of age

You have given accurate and truthful information and agree to keep this informationupdated.

Your use of our site does not violate any applicable law or regulation or these terms.

You agree not to disclose to any third party your account login details.

You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use, or suspected unauthorised use of your Camarillo Account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this requirement.

We agree to protect your Camarillo Account information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We have the right to disable an Account, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of our terms of use.

Use of our website- Public Forums and User Submissions: You are solely responsible for your User content, and we take no responsibility for any loss or damage that arises from the use of interactive services.

We will do our best to oversee any possible risks for users from third parties when they use any interactive service provided on our site. However, we are under no obligation to oversee any interactive service we provide on our site.

Camarillo is not responsible for any material submitted to the public areas by you (which include bulletin boards, or any other public area found on the website. Any material (whether submitted by you or any other user) is not endorsed, reviewed or approved by Camarillo.

We reserve the right to remove any material submitted or posted by you in the public areas, without notice to you, if we decide that you are or there is the likelihood that you may-

1)defame, abuse, harass, or otherwise violate the rights of other users or any third parties;

2) publish, post, distribute or disseminate any defamatory, obscene, indecent or unlawful material or information;

3) post or upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files or any other similar software or programmes that may damage the operation of the Website Owner's and/or a third party's computer system and/or network;

4) violate any copyright, database right, trade mark, other applicable UK or international laws or intellectual property rights of the Website Owner or any other third party;

5) submit contents containing marketing or promotional material which is intended to solicit business.

By submitting any data on our site, including images in the ‘Your Gallery’ section, you automatically agree that we hold the rights, royalty-free, to reproduce, distribute and publicly display the material on the website and for advertising and marketing purposes.

You agree to upload material that Is owned by yourself, and not to disclose personal information about anyone or identifying anyone without their consent.

Camarillo has the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any material posted or uploaded by you to our site constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy.

Promotions: Promotions (including special offers and discount codes) can only be used once and cannot be combined with any other offer.

Discount codes can only be used with fully priced products, and are not applicable to products that are on sale, nor to shipping charges.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorised, altered, or ineligible use of discount and to modify or cancel any promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems. Please read the terms & conditions that may accompany each promotion, special offer, discount codes.

Competitions: From time to time we will run a competition on our website or via our blog. Each competition will have a name and specific terms and conditions., such as start and end dates, prize conditions and other relevant entry information. By entering our competitions, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Competition eligibility: Participants must be over the age of 18 years and not an employee or family member of Camarillo.

All participants must be registered with Camarillo. By submitting your entry, you guarantee that your entry belongs to you and has not been copied from others, and does not violate the rights of any other person or entity.

By submitting any data on our site and entering our competitions, you give your consent (without further compensation or attribution) for us and others authorised by us to use, reproduce, modify, print, publish, distribute, and display your entry throughout the site, social media and promotional features, including any editorial and marketing features or however else Camarillo deems appropriate.

Entries will be judged by ourselves by Camarillo and will be selected on the basis of the competition criteria, at our discretion. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding our decision.

We will contact the winner by email and print details on the website or via our blog. The prize will be determined by Camarillo. We reserve the right to amend prizes or the terms of the competition if the need arises. All vouchers will be awarded in Pound Sterling.

Camarillo will not be held responsible for any loss or injury as a result, either directly or indirectly, to the use or misuse of a prize.

‘Gallery’ page/s: We would love to show how our products are enjoyed by our customers. The ‘Gallery’ page displays a small section of our favourite images. Please send us your images via email. Photos will be chosen by Camarillo and added to the Gallery at our discretion. Our selection is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding our choice.

By submitting your entry, you confirm that your entry belongs to you and has not been copied from others, and does not violate the rights of any other person or entity.

By emailing images for the Gallery page, you give your consent (without further compensation or attribution) for us and others authorised by us to use, reproduce, modify, print, publish, distribute, and display throughout the site, social media and promotional features, including any editorial and marketing features or however else Camarillo deems appropriate.
