Delivery & Returns

Orders are delivered by Royal Mail. Some shipments require a signature upon delivery.

UK mainland delivery:  £3.00
Highland and UK non-mainland delivery: £5.00
Europe (By Airmail): £10.00. Please allow 10 working days for delivery
Worldwide: Rates differ so please contact us with your delivery requirements.

Import /customs duty may apply on international orders.  Customers are liable for any additional duty/ taxation charges and are advised to check these details prior to placing an order. Please allow for delays caused by customs checks.



All our products are carefully wrapped in our bespoke Camarillo gift packaging.


If you have ordered online with us, you will receive an email to confirm that your items have been dispatched.

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours, subject to availability. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. If you need your order by a certain date, please give us a call and we will try our best to fulfil your request.

For bespoke orders, please allow up to 10 days for delivery.

We will inform you of the estimated date of delivery for items out of stock or offer you an alternative option.

Deliveries are Monday-Friday only. Please note orders will not be dispatched on Bank Holidays.

Should you experience any delay with your order, please contact us. We need to know!

We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch.


You are entitled to cancel your order prior to dispatch. Please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. Bespoke orders cannot be cancelled.

If your order has already been dispatched, please follow our returns policy, as shown in our Customer services section.

Faulty goods

In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact us within 24 hours. Telephone: 07766561154 or email for a replacement or refund. 

Please do not accept delivery of an open or damaged package.  Please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement delivery.
